Five pages that show your projects, your services and the areas you cover — and that describe your DOB registration and licences the way the City actually defines them.
Tell us about your company and we'll send the payment link and intake form.
General contractors get into trouble by advertising trades they are not licensed for. We write your services, credentials and DOB registration the way the Department of Buildings and DCWP actually define them — so the site sells the work you can legally take.
Your licence number, your claims and your disclosures are written and placed the way the City requires for your trade — not guessed at afterwards.
Live in 5 business days for a one-page handyman site, 7 for a five-page general contractor site, from a complete intake.

General contractors get different rules from handymen, and most website companies don't know there's a difference. Getting this wrong on your site is a false credential claim.
The Department of Buildings issues a registration, not a licence. We see “NYC Licensed General Contractor” on contractor websites constantly, and it is a false credential claim. The correct wording is “NYC DOB Registered General Contractor” — we write it properly.NYC Admin. Code §28-418.1; §20-701(a)
No DOB rule requires your registration number in advertising. But if you also hold a Home Improvement Contractor licence — and you do if you take permitted work in homes, co-ops or condos — then that number must appear on your website. We ask which you hold and place them correctly.6 RCNY §1-05; DOB registration requirements
Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester license separately, with no reciprocity, and each has its own rule requiring its licence number in advertising. A service area page listing Long Island without them is a gap most contractors don't know they have.Nassau Rules & Regs Rule 2(a); Suffolk County Code §563-17(D); Westchester §863.319(1)(f)
“OSHA certified” — OSHA certifies no one; the correct phrase is OSHA 30-hour trained. “Lifetime warranty” — prohibited under the City's advertising rules. A financing badge — likely prohibited for a licensed home improvement contractor here. We check the copy, not just the code.6 RCNY §2-222; NYC Admin. Code §20-393
We build websites. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice — but we build to the published rules and tell you plainly what they say, which is more than a template shop will do.
Everything runs by email and WhatsApp, so you never have to stop work to take a call.
Pick your package and pay securely. You get the intake form straight away — your trade, services, area, licence number and photos.
We write the words, build the site and run a compliance check on it. Your clock starts the day your intake and photos land.
You get a preview link and a short walkthrough video. One round of changes included. Then we put it live and hand you the compliance report.
Compare a one-time build against the monthly packages sold to contractors.
